MIAA CHAMPIONSHIPS RETURN TO KANSAS CITY
Welcome to the 2010 MIAA Basketball Championships home page. From this page you can navigate to ticket and lodging information as well as tournament brackets and sponsor information.

A new feature in 2010 will be "all-access" information for each tournament game. The game info will include live stats, game photos, press conference quotes and video as well as a game recap.

The tournament tips off Thursday, March 4, with women's first-round games. The men's action will begin Friday, March 5. Sessions begin at noon and 6 p.m. each day.

Men's and women's semifinals will be played Saturday, March 6, with the women playing in the afternoon session and the men competing in the evening session.

The MIAA Tournament Championships will be on the line Sunday, March 7. The women's title game will tip at 1 p.m. followed by the men's championship matchup at approximately 4 p.m.

TICKETS ON SALE
Tickets for the 2010 MIAA Basketball Championships March 4-7 at Kansas City's Municipal Auditorium go on sale Saturday, Jan. 23 at 10 a.m. CST through Ticketmaster®.

At that time fans can call 1-800-745-3000, go online at www.ticketmaster.com (click link on this page) or make their purchase through area Ticketmaster outlets, including the Municipal Auditorium box office. All-session and single-session tickets will be available.

The all-session pass will be available for $50 per person. Single-session tickets can be purchased for $15 apiece for Thursday and Friday sessions and $20 each for Saturday and Sunday sessions.

Student/youth tickets will be available only at the Municipal box office during the event.

Tickets will also be available on campuses that aren't Ticketmaster outlets starting Feb. 1. All-session passes sold on MIAA campuses are only $40. Thursday and Friday single-session tickets can also be purchased on campus this year.

FAN LODGING

GOLDEN OX FAN PAVILION
The Golden Ox and MIAA will again partner to provide a Fan Pavilion at Barney Allis Plaza from 10:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Check back here for menus and more information as the tournament nears.
