2011 All-MIAA Women's Tennis Team Announced
Three singles players and one doubles team from 2011 MIAA Women's Tennis Tournament Champion Southwest Baptist were named All-MIAA First Team to headline the all-conference team released Wednesday by the league office. The selections were made by the league's nine head coaches, and coaches were not permitted to vote for their own players.

Southwest Baptist Wins Women's Championship
No. 3 seed Southwest Baptist defeated No. 4 Northwest Missouri, 5-2, Saturday at the Plaza Tennis Center to claim the 2011 MIAA Women's Tennis Tounament Championship. Southwest Baptist trailed Northwest Missouri, 2-1, after doubles play but rallied to win four singles matches to earn the championship.
