Four from MIAA Named Daktronics All-Region

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Four MIAA soccer players were named to the Daktronics South Central All-Region team as voted by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America.

Central Missouri defender Katie O'Keefe was the lone first team selection for the MIAA, while the Jennies' Carly Stanley (F) and Alyssa Rhodes (MF) and Truman's Megan Buri (MF) were named to the second team.

FIRST TEAM

Forward: Andrea Carpenter, Abilene Christian; Janae Averett, St. Edward's; Lindsay Pritchard, Midwestern State; Kelly Servage, St. Edward's.

Midfielder: Ashley Holton, Abilene Christian; Amber Guenther, Incarnate Word; Bethany Bennett, St. Edward's; Amanda Knabe, Newman.

Defender: Hanna Staley, Midwestern State; Kelly Boyd, St. Edward's; Kendra Clemons, Midwestern State; Katie O'Keefe, Central Missouri.

Goalkeeper: Mallory Whitworth, Midwestern State.

SECOND TEAM

Forward: Kelsey Hill, Midwestern State; Rachel Murray, St. Edward's; Carolina Hernandez, St. Mary's; Carly Stanley, Central Missouri; Allyson Bales, Dallas Baptist.

Midfielder: Olivia Collado, St. Edward's; Alyssa Rhodes, Central Missouri; Megan Buri, Truman; Brittany Subia, Midwestern State.
