Central Missouri Tied for Eighth at Nationals
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Central Missouri stands in a tie for eighth place halfway through the 2010 NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championship after carding a second round 304 (+16) at Sagamore Golf Club in Noblesville, Ind.
The Mules' two-day total score of 615 (+39) puts them 20 strokes off the pace of leader Florida Southern (595, +19). Central is just 11 shots behind Sonoma State and Nova Southeastern, which are tied for second at 604 (+28).
Zack Van Dolah had the round of the day for Central Missouri, firing a 1-under par 71. Van Dolah is tied for 12th place with a two-round score of 150 (+6). Justin Yoder shot a second round 75 (+3) and continues to lead the Mules in a tie for sixth place individually at 148 (+4). Queen University of Charlotte's Ben Lasso is the halfway leader at 143 (-1).
