MIAA Lands Five in Initial Regional Rankings

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Pittsburg State, Northwest Missouri, Washburn, Missouri Western and Central Missouri represent the MIAA in the first regional football rankings, released Monday by the NCAA Division II Football Committee. 

Pittsburg State leads the way at No. 2, followed by Northwest at No. 3, Washburn at No. 4, Western at No. 7 and Central at No. 10.
 
The top 10 teams by super regional are listed along with their overall record and their Division II won-lost record through games of October 22, 2011.
