MIAA Holds 2011 Football Media Day
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – MIAA football media day was held Monday at the Downtown Marriott, highlighted by the third annual "Radio Row".
During "Radio Row", the head coaches of each of the 10 schools competing in MIAA play in 2011 went through a rotation of the MIAA flagship stations to discuss the upcoming season. In addition, coaches and select players were interviewed by the MIAA Television Network to prepare for the 10 broadcasts scheduled for this season, the network's second year on the air.
Upon completion of "Radio Row", the coaches and players visited with television and print media.
The 2011 MIAA media and coaches polls were released prior to the start of media day. Those polls can be found here: http://themiaa.com/sports/fball/2011-12/releases/08012011.
